I wanted to give a special thanks to Frank and Shane for above and beyond the call of service. They searched the area for 4 hours until they found me and towed my vehicle out of that remote area. It was a very cold night and they came equipped with food, drink, and blankets. Without them I may not have been found. They fixed my vehicle quickly and efficiently a couple of days later. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE ! Thank you very much. Tom M.
