Jackie Templeton
I grew up with Ralph and remember a Teacher wondering out loud whether
Ralph was a student or the Teacher. Whenever I found myself searching for
the right choice look to Ralph. After being away from Vidalia for about 15 years ,
I returned hoping to find Ralph as either the Mayor or Judge.
