BEWARE- RIP OFF - DISHONEST- SHOTTY WORK. Do not make the same mistake I made. I took my BMW in for a typical fender bender - right front fender. Lucassen destroyed the interior of my car, electrical system, used old parts and tried to pass them off as new, used parts on the grill that do not belong on my car, and attached them by zip ties, broke the wood grain panels from the car interior then superglued back on, broke the center console into pieces, broke the speaker cover in two, put a large dent on the outside of the passenger door. The side mirror in the door on the side the fender was replaced no longer works, the car will not even run now. Geico says Lucassen is not approved for their program so is not warranted and now I have to sue Lucassen. Lucassen employees, owner and owners father have lied to me the entire time I’ve dealt with them. Bad bad people.
