Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services/Consulting Provider. Cundiff Engineering, Inc., has been providing professional engineering services since 1981, when established by Lee Cundiff as C. L. Cundiff & Associates an electrical engineering firm. In 1984, the company was incorporated as Cundiff Engineering, Inc. Today, we provide professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) consulting engineering services, overseen by twin brothers Lee and Jim Cundiff. Our success is a direct result of quality engineering, combined with being skilled communicators and a commitment to finding the best solutions for clients. Throughout our 30+ years of business, our philosophy remains the same: design systems that are safe, reliable, and maintainable, while always keeping the client's best interests in mind.
