Horrible. Please go elsewhere. Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance with audiologist, Laurel. I specifically explained that the sole reason for the visit was that I needed a letter to accommodate my veterans claim as instructed by the United States Veterans Administration. As such, I received a fax number from their administrative person and was instructed to forward my private medical records for the audiologist to review prior to my appointment. I paid a fee to scan the materials and was assured that the audiologist would review the hearing tests, history, etc prior to my visit. I then arranged to take the day off work to meet with the audiologist. Upon meeting her, I reminded Laurel of the reason for my visit. Laurel babbled for about twenty minutes until finally insisting that I take a hearing test, "which the ear, nose, and throat doctor could use to supplement the letter", according to her. She then explained after several minutes, that she did not have the credentials to sign off on any letters but that with the test, she could brief Dr. Rhee, the ENT to do so, after his evaluation via a second visit. Guided by ego and dishonesty, Laurel advised that a hearing test was necessary, which I explained was performed less than a year ago with a VA Provider. Regardless, based on her instructions I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Rhee. However, immediately upon arriving at home from the visit, I received a call that the ENT would not sign off on any diagnosis and the office admin referred me to another ENT!!! Avoid this place does not put the client first nor do they advocate for their clients. From my experience it appears that it is about generating a bill and charging for it.
