The lady...and I'm loosely using that term...who answers the phone has a very nasty, sarcastic, unprofessional attitude. She's got to be either the wife or mother of the owner because she can't seriously be valuable enough to keep around for any other reason. Calls go unreturned 24 hours later. And, it seems, she likes to engage in a guessing game with customers over employee names when I confused Brian with Brandon. She finally relented and offered me his name. I must say...begrudgingly...even though I wasn't helped with my problem, it's still ongoing...Brandon was somewhat helpful and spoke to me in a way that a customer would expect. In addition, the hours posted online say that you close at 4:30. I called three times. Once in the morning and once at 4:15 which sent me to an answering machine. The following day, I called at 4 and was told by Miss Priss that it was late in the day and that people had scheduled time off...which was a lie because she finally put Brandon on the phone. If answering the phone and forwarding calls to the appropriate employees is such an inconvenience, she needs to seriously consider retirement.
