I just called at 12:15pm..date 9/25/13..the person that answered the phone was very very rude..i ask him for information and he we was screaming his lungs out..how can I pay my stuff if he makes you believe you are not calling the right company..i also ask to speak with someone else..and he said he was the only one there..so how can we report him..and how can we fix our stuff if this person is being rude and screaming..i guess he was having a bad day..By Maria Ibarra

I have also had experience with this company. I found them verbally abusive. I was screamed at and then hung up on for asking for information. When I tried calling back I was told I would be hung up on again if I asked to speak with someone else.

This company is very abusive and highly unprofessional and should have went out of business years ago! Beware of this company!!!!!!

I unfortunately had the experience of dealing with this company, and found certain members of the staff to be very arrogant indeed! This company's main objective is (in my opinion) is to harass and bully unsuspecting individuals. I found their approach to collecting debt to be highly unprofessional, offensive, assuming and bordering along the lines of abusive. If you are a company looking to seek the services of this deplorable establishment, you should look for a more dignified and civil company. I absolutely refused to pay monies owed through this entity for the simple reason of how NCS handled my particular situation. I will not be bullied by anyone! I was fortunately able to pay the original debtor directly, effectually cutting out this ridiculously offensive staff. Bottom line is, be very aware of contracting this company, as its unlikely they have the capability to decently recover any debt.
