If I could I would give a ZERO, he has bad communication and he doesn't explain anything, it's been a week and I keep on asking him if I could take photos of the car because the insurance is asking me for it, but he keeps avoiding it, and gives an excuse of I need one of my employees their, like you should already have employees their, it's just frustrating, plus he has attitude with me😡

ZERO STARS ⭐️ Truck got towed no problem I called Keith says it will be Monday I said no TDLR says one hour notice he says didn’t care I could get it Monday and pay the extra storage.... Nope not this guy so I called Keith back and read him the TDLR RULES He called me a few names and hung up. So I called MCSO they turned it over to a Constable who called me then called Keith who then talked shit to the constable who then called his Sargent who sent him with me to get my truck but before I received a phone call from MR Keith who was not happy having to come release my truck and preceded to let me know said “since you want to call the police you F**k Face I will be there in exactly 60 min and only I can come to window and I better have cash I told him according to TDLR rules he had to except a credit card he told me he would only except cash I also asked him what he called me and he told me a f**k face I told him I would see him at the yard so he could call that to my face he said he would be there only when I arrived at the location I waited 1:20 minutes to get my truck he sent two girls to release it he was too much of a chickenshit to even show up in person not to mention I had a constable waiting with me to get my truck documenting everything so Mr. Keith Maybe you need to make sure who you’re f**king with before you decide to pull that bullsh*t again wonder how many thousands of dollars this is going to cost you. and yes that’s MR F**k FACE TO YOU!!!
