After a storm loosened a bunch of tree roots such that a handful of large tall older poplars began to lean dangerously toward our trailer, CC's gave us a prompt estimate and reprioritized their work load to help us save the house and occupants. They also extended us credit for three payments instead of one and left the premises remarkably tidy for having had three large vehicles and a bunch of debris all over the yard.
