DO NOT shop for ANYTHING at this store!!! We bought a new washer and dryer set a week ago on Monday, and it was delivered just days ago on Friday. When we checked out it was a man named Mike who helped us. He told us, "We take all your information (name, address, phone number, ect) in case you lose your receipt, because people do that" and he kinda laughed and joked with us. Well, after it was delivered Friday I did my first load of laundry...when I went to start the dryer I was appauld to hear it making a HORRIBLE loud grinding sound. We immediately called and spoke to Mike again. He told us to bring the dryer back in, or we could wait until Friday again for them to come. We opted to go today as we don't want to go any longer without being able to do laundry!!!! He also told us when we called that they had another of the same model dryer in stock and that we could just do an exchange. Well, let's just say Mike is a liar!!! I lost the sales receipt somehow, I dont know how....I'm awful with receipts, but hey, Mike said that's why they stored it in the system right? Well, they REFUSED to do ANYTHING at all for us. Told us we had to have the receipt. Mike was not there today. The dryer came with a year warranty but they wont do that either! I could understand needing the receipt if I was asking for a refund, but I was not. I just want a working dryer!!! This is absolute crap. I know there is some sort of record of our purchase in their system.
