I am an ex employee of the company and we left on bad terms, I was lied to, belittled. Then after everything I did, including revamping the company, I got thrown to the dogs. I wrote the above about the company and at the time it is what I thought. Now I know the Owner, Randy wears a mask and hides behind what he calls Christian values. He caused mental anguish with his verbal abuse and basically said to take it because that's the way he is to the guys also. I also was made to tolerate inappropriate sexual comments from the 69 year old estimator. I advised the Owner multiple times, but he just swept it under the rug. In the end, I was in a car accident and was injured. The injury had side affects and I started coming in late, was tired all the time and could not perform my job correctly. I also had an issue with my ex harassing me at work. There was absolutely nothing I could do about it. The Owner was constantly on me and making me cry. He started acting like my ex husband who was also abusive. I snapped back and he fired me. But more importantly, there was a project and a one of our subs employees was injured for lack of supervision. They never informed the GC and hit information regarding our insurance because he did not want his rates going on. The also talked the employee out of making a claim with the insurance company. He also bulks up change orders if he losses money somewhere else. He is not a true Christian. He just hides behind the book. Knowing I am a single mom
