The clock doctor, alan latham was contracted to replace the works in our grandfather clock. He was given $500 to do the job. He also has another clock of ours. He has not done the work It has been at least a year. He does not return phone calls or or answer e-mails. He is totally unreliable and I would not reccomend him to do any work for you.

I dropped off a clock a few months ago for a repair. Every time I try to pick it up The Clock Doctor gives me another excuse as to why it's not ready (i.e. he needs to put it back together, he can't repair it, the hands are broken). Now he tells me his neighbors don't want customers in the neighborhood. I am now planning to get law enforcement involved. Don't use the Clock Doctor.
