I wanted to spread the word about our former Assistant District Attorney, David Castro and a nonprofit organization that is impacting the City of Philadelphia and the State of Pennsylvania. Mr. Castro started the ACE Program which is I-Lead Organization and Harcum College out of Bryn Mawr, PA that has partnered with churches, nonprofit organizations, and social service agencies to bring education to the community.
