You guys really need to upgrade your website so people have the ability to pay our bill online. I mean comon", we know most of the investors and the profit margins support investing in the future so, put a crowbar in the wallets and pry out the dollars and sents. I just wish every one in the system would backcharge the cost for transportation (gov't rate is 57 cents per mile) plus the cost to maintain a checking account (average cost for check plus book maintenance time ~$10.00 per month) or mail is $0.60 for a stamp plus checking acct charge. We are just tired of absorbing the cost for inefficiency. It's not just you Bluebonnet EC is the worst at it how do you think they can build this fancy office on Hwy 20 Bastrop. Enough is enough..!!!
