AusTex did a difficult system for us on Bee Creek, which is on Lake Travis. Through innovative design, he redid someone else's design, saving us over $30,000 by designing the system on a very steep slope. We didn't have to use a crane to go over the house.

When we were looking to re-model, it was brought to our attention that we would need to replace the septic system with a new system. Because of our proximity to the Blanco River and Cypress Creek, and various 'set-back' issues, we were also told by the municipality that we could not install a system, devastating news! We found ourselves hopelessly surfing the internet for a solution to our situation. ENTER: David Price! During an internet search that Sunday morning, David answers our pleas with "I can build you a system, install it and guarantee the legality of it! David was hired! AusTex Development then designed, engineered a WTF and readied a presentation to our city counsel proving why this system would work and even was ready to back up the nature of the river if it were to ever reach the house or the system. Then, Halloween 2013 came, and with it brought the most substantial rise in the river and creek this area has ever seen, or at least dangerously close. The river reached the septic field before reaching the steel structures supporting my home. Though truly a traumatic experience, Halloween 2013 also brought with it a fulfillment of trust. I trusted David Price and based on that trust, was able to build our quaint dreamhouse in this little piece of heaven we call Wimberley Texas. It also brought every homeowners dream: peace of mind!
