I give this poor rating because the website describes sand as topsoil and not as sand. Soil is brown to black and can grow plants. Sand is yellow to white and can grow very few plants. After ordering 3 cubic yard of topSOIL I received 3 cubic yards of sand. The manager argued with me about the nature of the sand. He said he would not refund even if I were able to bring the sand back to his yard, nor would he give me a refund despite the inaccurately described product. I will not do business with this company again.
