Earl's was the worst experience we have ever had. I'm a builder in Lubbock and had a new whirlpool master bathtub bought from Morrison's supply. It was bad from day one, the manufacturer sent the warrantee to Earl's and the repair man they sent out told me he had never seen or worked on an airflow tub. He changed some parts the manufacturer sent him this didn't fix it and now the tub tripped the ground fault. The manufacturer sent more parts to Earls and they lost them. The appliance repair manger finally called me, after 5 weeks, and said they had mishandled this warranty call but could be there in a couple of weeks. This being totally unacceptable the manager of Morrison's sent a new tub. Don't ever use Earl's, they are trying to get into this business and have no staff or experience. Also I cannot get Earl Haralson to return my phone calls and understand this is normal, he will not respond to any complaints. Mike Thoma Mike Thoma Construction
