I have been associated with Jackie de Gaston for 1.5 years. She really cares about her clients, answers phones at all hours, helps them evenings and weekends when necessary. She gets the first papers done the same day for most cases, and she is a strong negotiator and settles almost all of her cases.
She helps them by offering payment plans and does not fit the profile of someone who is only in it for the money. She gives free consultations, but there is no free lunch, and she is not free.

Ms. de Gaston is 100% honest. She does everything to keep const down. She is an excellent negotiator and will always tell you the straight truth. I have used jackie several times, but the first time was durnig a 3 1/2 year divorce. Another Utah county attorney had charged me a $4,000. retainer, did absolutely nothing on my case then refused to return the $4,000. That will never happen with Ms. de Gaston. Besides Divorce I have used her for Elder Law & Mental Health Guardianship, real estate, HOA issues, and she is also an excellent Guardian Ad Litem. I highly recomend her.
