I do not recommend Nye's Tree Service. Troy set up a time to come and remove 2 tree's from my uncles home. He called me yesterday (Sunday evening 6/2/13) to verify the oppointment. We set up a time for early afternoon the next day. Thus I cancelled my plans for the day plus the other bid that NYE's matched. Troy came off as very honest and trustworthy. The next day I drove from Farmington to SLC around 11:30 just incase they came early. I called Troy and he said they would be around 1:00pm. Around 1:00pm I called him and he said they would be there around 2:30- 3:00. At 3:42 I received a call from Troy letting me now that there other job had filled the vehicle with debry and that he would not be coming at all. WHAT????. WOW!! Very unprofessional. He cost me money as I cancelled the other bid that he matched. We had a deal and he did'nt honor his word!!! I would in no way recommend Nye's service. He should be embassed for his actions and dishonoring his company and the good Nye name!
