Provides a professional opinion of the "as-is" condition of a one to four unit building based on American Society of Home Inspector guidelines. We hope to provide all clients a clear picture of the overall condition of thir potential investment wihtout delving into the infinite technical details associated with most household systems. A home inspector is "a generalist, not a specialist". A good home inspection provides a neutral and unbiased look at the physical condition of a particular house. We test systems and components by using their normal operating controls and we pride ourselves on including all clients in the inspection process. We welcome questions and want our home inspection to be more than just another formality in the purchasing process.
