Our team of consultants will help you save money by giving you full control of all costs, and the power to make decisions throughout the construction UBuildIt Poulsbo opened in 1998 when Judy and Joe Gates of Joe Gates Construction Inc., realized there was a growing number of clients who wanted to play an active role in their construction projects. Knowing that they needed a system, a way to keep things in check, so these owner/builders could stay easily on track; they turned to UBuildIt, a company based in Kirkland, WA who formulated such a system, and Judy and Joe opened the third UBuildIt franchise nationwide. So while still able to obtain the quality of a "Joe Gates" home, these clients could play a larger role in the construction process and save money along the way.
