This is a terrible accountant. Do not use him. He will not return your taxes. He is never at work and he will never answer the phone. Your taxes will be late if you are unfortunate enough to use him. If you are in our situation you can complain to the BBB (he has a D rating) and you can make a formal complaint to the WA State Dept of Licensing and they will investigate him.
