I have been a customer of J&J for many years. Until recently I have been totally satisfied with the service and products. I had a Mini Fujitsu Split Unit installed in my Boarding Kennel by J & J and in the first year I started having problems with Cooling. The sensor lights would flash and prevent one or both of the units from cooling. After several service calls in trying to get all my issues resolved More than two years in and $4,200 I still do not have dependable cooling from my Unit. The Technicians always say they will contact Fugitsu and get back to me but never do. I feel that no one in J&J are communicating with Fugitsu to resolve the problems. I sat down one time on Google and found that this is a common problem with this unit. Defective Temperature Sensors and Evaperator Coils leaking.Due to J&J not following through on my complaint, My warrenty is probably no longer in effect and if your Installer isn't willing to fix your unit's problems them who are you supposed to call? Not only that but the last visit the Technician took a cap off a line but could not put it back on properly because he did not have the right tool so he glued it on. What else could go wrong? I called two days ago to talk to Ollie but I have not received a call back.
