I'm not sure if you are the firm that did the street/drainage repairs at 20th and Kentucky Streets North in Arlington recently. But if you're the right Bell Brothers, and I hope you are, thank you for having done a remarkable job! After living here at the corner for 18 years, suddenly I started getting water in my basement about two years ago. We had a constant stream of water flowing across Kentucky Street, rain or shine. Finally the neighborhood persuaded Arlington County to do something, and Bell Bros. did the work. My sump pump, which had been discharging multiple times a day, hasn't gone off once since!
