I was in need of a Plumbing company to bid on a job that someone else had made a mess of. A week ago I had met a couple of Don Brandel plumbing workers who were on a coffee break at their job site on Wilshire at the SAG Building. They went to Starbucks. I talked to one of them. Very professional. Today when I called, the secretary would not put my call through to talk to a manager. This would be a fairly large job and I was not in the mood to be told unless she knows all the details of the job she would not put the call through. I told her I guess your company is not looking for any new jobs then. She hung up. Better I find out now how bad their customer service is. Do not call and ask to speak to the manager as you will be treated rudely.
