Martial Arts Instruction for Children and Adults.
We offer Tae Kwon Do for both Adults and children beginning at the age of 6. We offer the Little Dragons program for children 4 & 5 years old. Defensive Hapkido is one of the most well-rounded self defense programs being taught in the area. Our Tai Chi is a great combination of relaxation and stretching, with a sprinkling of self defense.
