Our senior investigator, Bernard (Sandy) Kromenacker, has over 30 years of specialized education, training, and experience in the field of forensic fire and explosion investigations. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Sandy has conducted over 3300 fire origin and cause investigations. These thorough investigations often result in settlements that avoid litigation or criminal trials. Furthermore, he is an expert forensic fire witness who has qualified in both state and federal court for civil and criminal cases and who has provided testimony in numerous depositions and trials. FFCI has handled case both large and small fire loss incidents from various regions of the country. FFCI's goal is to provide independent, scientific analysis related to fires and explosions to our clients.
