Sylmar Garden Associates is a great organization. My wife i have been living in this building approximately 18 years and our experience in it as been nothing less than a great blessing. We have nice neighbors and a clean and secure building. Sylmar Garden Associates have manage to assemble a great staff begining with John Murphy the property manager who you will find to be friendly and professional, second by the maintenance crew who youl'll find to be courteous and helpful. We strongly recommend Sylmar Garden Apartments
