If I could share a photo of the ride I would. I was attending Clearfield county Fair in Clearfield, PA on Saturday August 6 and rode a ride with green cars and the operator failed to keep me safe. He could clearly see my brother was much bigger than me and failed to tell him I needed to be on the inside as we hadn't seen the ride operate before going on. He never fully checked to ensure the safety locked, thankfully it did. But once the ride started, my brother who is just under 300lbs slammed into me and couldn't get his weight off me and I'm only around 135-140. I was hollering for the ride to discontinue as I was struggling to breathe as a result. My brother tried to get off me and kept kicking my left leg from the momentum of the ride. I was shot in that very leg back in September 2020. Our mother seen me in distress and tried to instruct the operator to stop the ride. I couldn't breathe and was beginning to pass out. The operator failed to do so and just looked at my mom with a duh look. Please be wary of these operator's with this company. This could've been worse. I was pinned against the ride wall and now have a bruised lung/pulled muscle in the right side/back region. I am a javelin thrower so as a result of this operators neglegience I am without my income as I can't work or throw comfortably right now. Be careful! I refuse to ride with this company anymore! They are not cautious.
