Well let's see....We ordered our pool in May and was told 2 to 3 weeks for installation but probably sooner as people back out at the last minute. 6 weeks later and just as many phone calls and promises they dropped off most of the parts Friday morning. THey came back Saterday afternoon for about 1.5 hours and havent seen them yet today to finish. No roganization to the company in Swanton Oh and no communication or scheduling skills. The owner even raised his voice to me telling me no one understands what THEY go through. Too many promises not sure if they will make it to finish or not. Broken promises make NO difference to them and fly easily from their lips. I woulkd NOT recommend this company for anything!!!!!
