I am very angry with this company. We just had a replacement hot water tank installed by CHOTAW PLUMBING due to a defective tank that was only 1 year old. The tank was still under warranty and we had the documentation to prove it.The person that installed the tank was here for about an hour or so.…

I am very angry with this company. We just had a replacement hot water tank installed by CHOTAW PLUMBING due to a defective tank that was only 1 year old. The tank was still under warranty and we had the documentation to prove it.The person that installed the tank was here for about an hour or so. He never did show us the documentation in regards to time or labor charges. We figured that the labor charges would be in the ballpark of $85 to $125 per hour. We wanted to pay the person after he completed the job but he told us that we would be billed which is okay. Well, we got the bill and it just made us sick. The bill from CHOCTAW PLUMBING indicated "Total Materials" : $36.00 and the LABOR was for $325.00. This just made us sick to say the least and from now on, I will seek other plumbing companies for my plumbing needs. If there was a way to show or publish the invoice I would do so. RM of Choctaw.
