I had an absolutely horrible experience with Mr. Cohen. I trusted him to help me with a project. He told me that he would only charge the filing fee as a favor. He not only lied to me about the price but failed to perform his responsibility. I had to find out his errors through a series of conversations with the Department of State and IRS. He has caused me not only significant grief but years later I am having to incur hefty costs for his mistakes which he never takes responsibility for.
