This is by now means a recommendation.......... For the past 10 years I frequently have had to have physical therapy at Physical Therapy Unlimited at 1175 FM 2673, Suite C, in Canyon Lake, TX. Over all these years the parking lot has been in deterioration to the point that it is now dangerous to traverse. There are abundant pot holes, one of which is so deep that it damaged a vehicle. This has been brought to the attention numerous times by the businesses in this area via Birnbaum Property Company which is/was affiliated with the owner, Joel Katz. It has fallen on deaf ears.(Or, perhaps, Mr. Katz has a hearing disability)........ Mr. Katz, who is associated with Real Estate Management is obviously only interested in the money he can grab from these renters and not interested in providing a decent parking lot for those people who patronize these establishments. What kind of person is this???? Greedy would probably be good word. I'll bet his driveway at his place of residence is kept in excellent shape..... At this point in time, I would NOT recommend Mr. Katz or his Continental Concepts to handle any of my real estate situations. A media event of his handling of the deplorable situation would be justified. Richard A. Kleist 928 Parkview Drive Canyon Lake, TX 78133 Ph. (830-935-4110)
