Horrible customer service. Jeff just assumed that I knew HE HAD left gas in my new/used snow blower after a tune up, replaced carburetor and paddles in November 2021. I had no need to use it for a year since I had someone plowing my driveway. I went to use it a few weeks ago and it would not start up. Brought it back into the South Leeds Garage with my receipt from 2021 to find out what was wrong with it. Bad gas!! Had to have the carburetor replaced again, "Everyone should know that there would be gas left in it from 2021" he said. I have NEVER owned a snow blower and he should not just ASSUME that everyone should know that. You cannot hear gas swishing around when you shake or move the snow blower. Disgusted!!
