I do not recommend Town and Country catering. We used them for my daughter's wedding at Plymouth Creek Center . We arranged to have the pasta buffet with chicken and sausage. The day of the wedding no meat was on the buffet line even though it had been paid for. The service was not timely leaving multiple dishes empty at a time. Most of the night there was only 1 bartender for over 230 people thus making long lines and waits. My daughter (the bride was deeply disappointed and frustrated). The communication was lacking. No one from the company even introduced themselves at the wedding. Sadly my daughter will have this memory of her wedding day.
