Approximately a year ago, Union Pacific replaced crossties along Hwy 71 south in South Bossier. NEW tires were just left to rot along the track, are an obstacle to the City when trying to cut grass along the Hwy 71 and an eye sore from the Hwy. The city tries to keep the city clean and nice looking but to Union Pacific that does not matter. SOMEONE AT UNION PACIFIC SHOULD TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO PICK UP THE CROSSITES. A CONCERN CITIZEN OF BOSSIER CITY.
