Franklin & Downs Funeral Home was my first experience dealing with one of my loved ones passing away. They were so remarkable and caring that you felt like you were with family throughout the process. They really took the time, effort, and made it easier to deal with the situation at hand. Kristi AhYou & Lucy Borba were just amazing and answered all my questions with honesty and respect. We talked by phone, emailed, held meetings throughout the week to make sure I had everything perfect. The funeral was one of kind because of them and it was the best way to say goodbye to my loved one. Franklin and Downs was able to coordinate with the church, sheriff’s department, and cemetery, along with local media. Words cannot express how beautiful and amazing my Aunt’s funeral was. I will always cherish it and her in my memories.
