I purchased flowers from them via FTD for Valentines Day. The arrangement was horrible and they shorted me on the number of roses. When I called to speak with someone, the owner BRAD told me I got what I paid. I argued that the arrangement should be like the one FTD shows; he told me that was between me and FTD. When I pointed out he was representing them locally he hung up on me. I wouldn't do business with these guys again ever. There were supposed to by 6 roses; there are 5. Would you want this to be given to your wife of 26 years? I had it sent to her office; there are 50 women there, all of which saw this "arrangement'. It's Valentines Day today and not a single one of these people will ever order from "Dean's Designs". Do not deal with these people. Period. Go to Dillions; at least they care.
