The old owners sadly passed. I was with them for 10 years. Didn't take long and the gates stopped working to get in for an entire week and all they could say was we tried calling someone. Finally got in though we had to go through a little gate by foot. The girls in the front had all kinds of kids in there and the place looked a hot mess, they don't answer calls, no receipts for payments despite repeated requests, call in a payment and they either forget to run it or apply it to the wrong account. Sadly all down hill. A so called new owner Dale took over and his solution was that his girls are not trained well so he would rather just have new people in the unit then make sure we get receipts and the gates work. Beware - if you need access to the storage you pay for - the gates may not open, cameras probably don't work, and the staff would rather have problem focused conversations then fix anything. I was very patient for the last 12 months but in the end not worth it. Pay the extra $20 and go across the street.
