worst company! in a small town which is worst. not many choices. well, make the CHOICE to drive a distance to find a good and reputable repair shop. this place made so so so many mistakes. the biggest one being they failed to put a drop of oil in a brand new, still in box, self propelled push mower. and they ran it at shop, they ran it when they dropped it off to show me, then my worker ran it for about 10 minutes before it konked out. no oil, not even residue. i have 2 sworn letters by the men who worked for me that day, court papers will be filed cuz of course instead of being honest and reliable, they shop went into the "you must have broken it mode." NOPE, you didnt put oil in my mower. ***i have the clincher, a text from their own repairman who claims the owner knows they put oil in my mower cuz he had gotten angry at his repairman for putting too much oil in it! BIG MISTAKE! putting no oil and putting too much oil BOTH ruin engines! BIG mistake. so many made by them court will be a piece of cake. i will post here when court makes its decision!
