Just beside Ourselves
Warning to Consumers of Nightmare experience with this Contractor. I contracted with Brad J. Rock of New Rochelle, NY to build a home for me. He took money from me to build the home and has not closed on the property even though it was completed over 5 months ago. He has cost me over $90,000 that i may never recoup. Please save yourself the heartache that i have had to endure in dealing with this man.
