The two 5 load $8.50 washers are full 90% of the time by the paying customers to have their laundry done for them. This would be an almost perfect laundromat if it weren't for the woman the owner hires to run it. Convenience in and out of the parking lot, clean - but too many people have had the same miserable experience. From the numerous customers I've spoken with, we've all had the same, miserable experience with her. If you happen to be running a half an hour before closing, woe be you. A notorious liar, her excuses are: a.)she has to catch the bus (she's been spotted driving her car, picked up by her husband, a taxi driver, or a friend - I myself, witnessed her driving away in her own car after she pleaded that is was cold, and she had to take three buses to get home.) b.) she's only paid to stay until 10 pm (see above), and will start dumping your still not-quite-dry-clothes into your basket (a call to the owner said she's paid to stay until midnight) Now, if you object, and say you need a few more minutes, she'll simply call the police (she's done it to everyone - we can't all be belligerent) and lie, and say she was threatened, yelled at screamed at - If you happen to be the poor customer she told the story about, the police are already on the offensive and nearly ready to put you in handcuffs no matter how stunned you are, what I don't understand, is that she's done it so often, how can they take her seriously? A call to the owner? well a free dry. No thanks.
