Beauty Paws is a family operated mobile grooming service which has been pampering the dogs of the Charleston area since 2000. Beauty Paws was the first mobile pet grooming service in the Charleston area.
Lyndsay (Juli 's daughter) started her grooming career very young. Helping her mother after school and during the summer. After graduating from Charleston County s Academic Magnet High School in 2005, she went on to college at Winthrop University.
However, she had already caught the grooming bug and returned home in 2008 to begin her grooming career.
Both Juli and Lyndsay are Red Cross certified in pet CPR and First Aid. They attend trade shows regularly, taking classes and seminars, keeping up with the latest techniques and styles. Juli is a Certified Veterinary Technician through the University of Wisconsin.
Our state of the art van is equipped with a 13,000 BTU RV style roof-top air conditioner which keeps up cool in the summer and an LP furnace which keeps up toasty warm during the winter. We also have two overhead exhaust fans, which we use to circulate fresh air into the van.
Is my dog bathed in cold water?
No. Our van is equipped with an LP water heater (just like on an RV) which allows us to adjust the water temperature to a comfortable level for your pet.
