They have beautiful granite but if they make any installation mistakes (they drilled an extra hole on mine) they get very belligerent, refuse to talk about any corrective actions, and demand immediate cash payment or they threaten to file a lien (before they even invoice you), charge you $500 to file the lein and $1k a day if not paid immediately. Statements like "I'm going to own your house" are made, they don't listen at all, they just rant. They showed up at 4:43am and tried to get into the house then called an woke me up at 5am yelling because I wouldn't let them in at that time in the morning. Then they charged my Visa without my permission. This all occurred within 24 hours of installation. I've never experienced such rudeness with any company anywhere. Unfortunately, the beautiful granite they have is definitely not worth the risk or effort in dealing with them. I strongly advise staying away from this company at all costs.
