I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I took my lawn mower to this company 2 weeks ago and they verified the lawn mower has been done for 1 week however he still had paper work to do because this is a warranty repair, I called back 2 days later and ways told "if you would quit calling he would have time to do my paper work". I was in shock at the customer service this man was giving. I called my manufacture and they said H&R Pump still has not filed a warranty repair claim. Don't want the headache STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
