The first time they installed the carpet they put in the wrong color. so replaced 2 months later then the carpet wore out so needed to replace again! Said it would be done over 2 days but came in and pushed to get it done in one day which is not easy for seniors! Also claims its the same quality as originally purchased but no paper work and won't respond.
