We've been working with Rob Livingston of RL Construction since July of 2013. His company is building our retirement home and RV garage/shop in Hill City, SD. We came to him that July with drawings we had started and he immediately impressed us by seeing areas that could be greatly improved and that would save us money. His design suggestions will result in a much more attractive home than was originally planned. We had to wait for the long winter to end before breaking ground but now the foundations are being poured and everything is going smoothly. Rob has been very easy to work.
