I AM PAUL WEIDENBACH A CONCERNED RESIDENT IN THE ROYAL TERRACE NURSING HOME IN OLATHE KS 66061 THE ONE U PPLE JUST SUNK ALOT OF MONEY IN WELL I THINK THEIR NEEDS SOME MANAGEMENT CHANGES MADE UP HERE IN KS NOBODY EARNS A PAYCHECK HERE ALL PUT IN THEI TIME HIDING OUT AN SINCE THATLIL OL CORPRATE NURSE FROM NEBRASKA WENT HOME KARLEEN THINK WAS HER NAME THIS PLAE GOING DOWN HILL FAST I GIVE IT A YR STATE BE SHUTTING IT DOWN AGAIN OR TRYING TO PRAY THE RIGHT PERSON DOES SEE THIS AN ACTS UPON IT PLEASE !!!!!!!!!! ty paul the food hass realy went down hill since that emily took over in kitchen she cant order food dont know how always outta something

I was employed by Consulate Management Company and because I reported an incident where a regional marketing person suggest not once but twice to take hospice elders off the Alzheimer's Unit and DRUG them so they could go to the Hospice Unit, I was terminated from employment with the company. I was not provide with the bonus I earned in 2011 which was paid out to other employees in 2012 from my facility. This is factual information. I am now taking them to small claims court to receive my PTO time earned and am contacting the labor board to get my bonus earned. I am also working through an attorney to see if I have a Whistle Blowers case. I dont' know about that at this time. The company has failed to respond to my request regarding any of these concerns. They feel I will just go away. Will not happen. My immedate supervisors reason for termination was "its time we part ways'. Very unprofessional but what can you expect. This company leaders only care about the bottom dollar and not the elders they care for.
