I wouldnt even give this place a one star rating: but had to pick one. The owner is probably one of the most ignorant people I have ever met in my life. I am not going to get into the whole story of how rude he was to me and my sister. But he kicked me out of his place of business because I asked for a quote, and he was mad that I didnt have the estimate from the insurance company. After I told him I was going to bring my car to another place he said "OK CYA!" After screaming in my face. If that is really how they run a business, then I feel sorry for them and their customers. Please find another body shop, do NOT give this guy business he is very rude and unprofessional.

I was one hundred miles from home and had an accident in Knox, PA. I went to Bill Kersey Auto Body where I had the best experience ever. I was assured they were busy at that time, but they promised to have my car finished in a timely manner and the owner was worried that I wouldn't have a car to drive He called my insurance company and gave me a vehicle to drive until mine was finished.
