I do have a review --- Decide on another service! I wanted to service the yard for my boyfriend's family b/c his mom has recent medical care and the family needs to be with her at the hospital vs. doing the yard work. I'm so excited for this good thing right? Wrong!!! What a horrible experience and very UN-professional! I was given an estimate and a date of the service, that date came and went and never showed or a call. 2 Days later I call... "he forgot"... seriously.. okay we'll I thought okay to his offer to come Monday. Today (that Monday) got a call that -- this yard is too much trouble and several excuses... I asked why would he go see it quote me a price only to say now he cannot do it. That's not right - he replies "that's true"... Talk about mad and now the yard still isn't done.
